1. Service Cancellation

Services that have not been executed can be cancelled according to the provider's policy. Cancellation requests must be submitted in advance.

2. Services In Progress

Once service execution has begun, refunds may not be available or may be partial at the service provider's discretion.

3. Refund Processing

Paid amounts are subject to processing times based on the payment method used, ranging from 5-14 business days.

4. Special Offers

Special offers and promotional packages may have independent refund terms stated at time of purchase.
